Selah
Australian Labradoodles with Health, Heart & Heritage
“Tegan Park’s Monarch, the foundation furbaby who first showed us what a true Australian Labradoodle should be – athletic, intuitive, and deeply people‑focused.”
Pricing & Payments
At Selah Doodles, we believe in clear, straightforward pricing with no surprises. Our goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and easy for families preparing to welcome one of our Australian Labradoodle puppies home.
Puppy Price

Our standard pet-puppy price is $3,500, reflecting the quality of our program: carefully planned pairings, health-tested parents, and the hands-on socialization work that comes from raising puppies in our home.
Grandfathered Pricing — Ends Tuesday, September 9
For families ready to bring one of our current 12-week-old Big Band Litter puppies home, we're honoring our introductory price of $2,950 through end of day Tuesday, September 9, 2026. Approved families who submit their reservation fee by that date will keep the grandfathered rate.
Starting Wednesday, September 10, all pet-puppy placements — including remaining Big Band pups — move to our standard $3,500 price.
These pups are worth every penny of the standard rate. By 12 weeks they've completed three Yoga & Puppies socialization weekends in Richmond and Norfolk, individual car-ride training, solo crate nights away from littermates, foundational leash work, and hands-on grooming — all before they walk through your door.
Started Puppy and Private Placements
Some puppies in a litter may be reserved for started-puppy programs (professional board-and-train), guardian home placements, or breeder-evaluation holds. Availability, pricing, and terms for these placements are handled individually — please contact us directly to discuss.
Reservation Fee
A $500 reservation fee is required to hold your place in a current or upcoming litter after your application has been approved.
The reservation fee is applied in full toward the total purchase price.
The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.
A reservation fee is only accepted after an approved application. Submitting an application alone does not hold a puppy or a spot in a litter.
The remaining balance is due by the date stated in your contract. For families who prefer to spread payments out, flexible payment options may be available through third-party providers such as Klarna at checkout, subject to eligibility and approval.
Refunds and Transfers
We aim to be fair while also protecting the time, planning, and commitment involved in raising each litter.
Your $500 reservation fee is non-refundable, with the following exceptions:
- Spot filled by Selah. If you cancel and we are able to fill your spot with another approved family before puppy selections are finalized, your reservation fee will be refunded in full.
- Spot filled by you. If you find a replacement buyer who completes our Puppy Application and is approved by Selah, your reservation fee will be refunded in full.
- Spot cannot be filled. If we are unable to fill your spot, your reservation fee will be applied as a credit toward a future Selah Doodles litter, valid for 24 months from your original reservation date.
- Selah unable to deliver. If Selah Doodles is unable to provide a puppy matching the criteria in your reservation agreement within a reasonable timeframe, you may choose either a full refund of your reservation fee or a transfer to a future litter.

Health Testing and Breeder Standards
At Selah Doodles, health and temperament are foundational to our program. Our foundation dam Ophelia ("Fifi") has completed the full ALAA health testing panel — including PennHIP and OFA hip and elbow screening, genetic disease testing through Orivet, and eye and cardiac evaluation. Her results and pedigree documentation are available on request.
We believe a puppy is not just a purchase, but a long-term investment of time, emotion, and care. For that reason, we prioritize thoughtful pairings, strong lines, and responsible breeder support before and after go-home day.

Our Story
Selah Doodles began more than a decade ago when our first Australian Labradoodle, Tegan Park’s Monarch, came home from one of the original development kennels that helped shape this remarkable breed. That experience set the standard for what we believe an Australian Labradoodle should be: healthy, intuitive, biddable, and truly part of the family.
After stepping away from breeding for several years, we are relaunching Selah Doodles with Ophelia of Barksdale Labradoodles and future breeding dogs from established Tegan Park and Rutland Manor-based lines, focusing on a small number of carefully planned litters each year.
*The name Selah reminds us to pause on purpose—to rest, reflect, and enjoy the moment—so at Selah Doodles we like to say we create ‘intentional paws’ in busy lives, one gentle, joyful set of paws at a time.
