Selah
Australian Labradoodles with Health, Heart & Heritage
“Tegan Park’s Monarch, the foundation furbaby who first showed us what a true Australian Labradoodle should be – athletic, intuitive, and deeply people‑focused.”
At Selah Doodles, we raise a small number of carefully planned Australian Labradoodle litters in our home. Our application helps us get to know your family so we can match you with the right puppy and make sure an Australian Labradoodle is a great fit for your lifestyle.
Completing this form does not obligate you to purchase a puppy, and does not require payment. If your application is approved, we will invite you to place a $500 reservation fee to join our waitlist for an upcoming litter.
Selah Doodles operates under Selah Companies, LLC, a Florida‑registered business currently based in Virginia on active‑duty military orders. We encourage all buyers to read the contract carefully and ask questions before signing.
Selah Doodles – Reservation & Refund Policy
Reservation fee
-
Once your application is reviewed and approved, we will invite you to place a $500 reservation fee to join our waitlist for an upcoming litter
-
The reservation fee is applied in full to the total purchase price of your puppy.
-
We only accept reservation fees from approved families; submitting an application alone does not hold a spot.
What your reservation holds
- Your reservation secures a place in our program or in a specific litter, not a specific individual puppy.
-
Selah Doodles always reserves the right to keep one or more puppies from any litter for our own breeding program before pet homes make their selections.
-
Within those parameters, we use your preferences and our temperament evaluations to match puppies to families as fairly as possible, using reservation order as a guideline.
-
Matching and selection
-
Around 6–7 weeks of age, after we have evaluated temperament and conformation, we will begin confirming puppy placements with each family on the waitlist.
-
We consider your household, goals, energy level, and any allergy or size considerations when recommending a puppy.
-
While we do our best to honor general requests for sex and color, temperament and family fit always come first.
Refunds, transfers, and cancellations
If Selah Doodles cannot provide you with a puppy from the planned litter or a subsequent litter within a reasonable timeframe that meets the general criteria we agreed on (for example, sex or size), you may choose to:
- Transfer your reservation fee to a future litter, or
- Receive a full refund of your reservation fee.
If you decide to cancel for any reason after placing your reservation fee:
- If we are able to place another approved family into your reserved spot before puppy selections are finalized, we are happy to refund your reservation fee in full.
- If we are not able to replace your spot with another approved buyer, the reservation fee becomes non‑refundable, but we can usually transfer it to a future litter at our discretion.
- If you do not respond to our attempts to contact you, or cancel very close to go‑home day after we have turned away other families, we may treat your reservation as forfeited and offer the puppy to another approved home. This helps us protect the puppies and our time.

Our Story
Selah Doodles began more than a decade ago when our first Australian Labradoodle, Tegan Park’s Monarch, came home from one of the original development kennels that helped shape this remarkable breed. That experience set the standard for what we believe an Australian Labradoodle should be: healthy, intuitive, biddable, and truly part of the family.
After stepping away from breeding for several years, we are relaunching Selah Doodles with Ophelia of Barksdale Labradoodles and future breeding dogs from established Tegan Park and Rutland Manor-based lines, focusing on a small number of carefully planned litters each year.
*The name Selah reminds us to pause on purpose—to rest, reflect, and enjoy the moment—so at Selah Doodles we like to say we create ‘intentional paws’ in busy lives, one gentle, joyful set of paws at a time.
